L. W. Crider will be debuting her short story, “The Wreck of the Cecropia” and the Marquette Fringe Fest on October 24th. 

A sci-fi horror story drawing from Lake Superior lore, “The Wreck of the Cecropia” is a reading of the log of an abandoned spaceship. The pilot recounts the days after she and her wife’s encounter with the legendary shipwreck, Cecropia. She looks back at their time together, reflecting on her wife’s gradual disappearance.
